Upcoming Mission Trips

Open Hearts and the Mustard Seed ministries return several times each year to encourage and pray with the budding and hungry congregations of the local churches.  We work with and teach pastors of three small villages.  Showing the Jesus Film in their heart language of Miskito and bringing pastoral seminars are a couple of popular tools that we use.  The Jesus Film is an incredible tool in evangelizing a world where there is no running water, electricity, or roads.

In 2010, the MSM already has two expeditions planned.  The first will come in January with our 4th annual medical journey.  We will bring enough medicine and surgical equipment to treat more than a 1,000 people in 3 days.  Our second journey will bring a local team of well diggers to provide a fresh water well for a small village of 250 people.

All of our trips and projects are to demonstrated the love of Jesus Christ to a group of indigenous peoples, the Miskito, that they are not forgotten nor forsaken.
